problemExchange makes use of Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds as a way of allowing web users to stay up to date with what's happening on the site.
What is RSS?
RSS is a method by which news feed, headlines, articles etc can be easily syndicated. You access them by subscribing to them through an RSS reader. Instead of having to visit the website, you can browse a list of headlines and just visit the articles of interest. Find out more about RSS
How To Subscribe
Where you see a subscribe link and the distinctive orange image , you need to copy the URL from that link and enter it into your RSS Reader. The orange image is labelled XML because that is the name of the format that is used to syndicate the information.
Using Firefox, you can assign an RSS feed to a live bookmark and access the headlines on a drop down menu (see above). Tutorials on how to do this with some of the most popular RSS Readers will be coming soon.
