do you eat regular meals?? as it sounds like you are getting bulimia, if you are not eating proper meals, and instead binge eating then i suggest you go to your GP ASAP so you can get help. hope this helps =)

Hun, you need to stop NOW... this is exactly how I started out many years ago, thinking it was a good weight loss scheme and I could control it. Unfortunately it gets to the point where you practically throw up every time you eat because your body gets used to that reaction, you feel sick even if you wanted to keep things down, you struggle with depression because your body doesn't get enough nutrients, and along with that comes bad skin and bad hair. In severe cases people have had their hair fall out, and in most cases those who do it for years have to have their teeth out because of the decay from the acid. I only struggled with it for a few months and I am still trying to build the enamel back on my teeth from over 3 years ago! Then there is the high chance of stomach ulcers and other numerous things you don't want! My point is, it is extremely bad for your health, and no matter how much you think you can control it, you can't. Your body does start feeling like it is normal to throw your food up, and if you don't, you will feel awful. It did feel good because I lost an incredible amount of weight doing it but it came at the expense of my teeth, and I suffered with depression, and I was such a horrible person to be around I pushed away nearly all my family and friends... it definetly wasn't worth it. Please stop now before you go that far, it is a very difficult thing to get of when you go down that road.

I forgot to add that I got down to 56kg within a few months, which was half of what I was before I started and extremely under weight for my height. When I wanted to stop then, my body wouldn't let me, and I had to get help. Otherwise I could've easily ended up in hospital. I just wish I didn't start in the first place thinking it was a grand idea, because it isn't.. it's stupid. People die every day from eating disorders like these.

In the meantime, until you get to the doctors why don't you try the www.b-eat.org.uk website which also has a freephone helpline that you can access and a forum of people who have gone through exactly the same thing and can talk you down?
