What is it?
problemExchange is a website dedicated to helping for the sake of helping. We know that there's lots of people out there who like to assist others purely because they can, with no expectation of reward or recognition. And we're here to facilitate that, and connect a community of well meaning people.
Accuracy
The site welcomes a wide range of problems to solve, from the small and practical, to the broad and esoterical. As such, we cannot verify the accuracy or veracity of the problems posted or responses given. If you choose to follow the advice given, you do so at your own risk and neither the site ("www.problemexchange.com") or the poster can be held responsible for any unexpected or adverse outcomes.
Moderation
In as far as is possible, we hope to leave comments unedited but we will delete posts or comments when they:
Posts are removed and IP addresses are banned at the moderator's discretion and decisions taken are final. Discussion about decisions taken should not be posted as a reply to a problem.
Privacy
We store the IP addresses of all users who post problems and answers to the site. This is mainly so that we can ban any nuisance users. We have introduced a cookie which is written to the user's PC when they confirm they are over 18. This occires the first time they try and access problems in the X-Rated cetegory.
